As an ad sales marketing design intern at Discovery Communications, I was given the task to create various components to invite guests to the National Hardware Show. These components consisted of both digital and print invites, a compatible web dashboard made on SplashThat, as well as a visual along with a sentence or two for how an email would look when a guest responds with a “Yes” or “No” RSVP.
I decided to come up with a theme associating with the idea of hardware, hence a blueprint background, along with a few photos that connect to the concept of hardware. Imagery of Talent from shows on DIscovery’s networks such as HGTV and DIY are also present in floating orbs.

As an ad sales marketing design intern at Discovery Communications, some of the projects I worked on were promotional projects. Discovery had partnered with Red Lobster’s marketing team to promote one of TV’s most popular shows, Discovery Channel’s “Deadliest Catch.” I was tasked to design different compositions that gave off a different mood for each, while also incorporating imagery of boats, elements of crabs and lobsters, and rough waves that depict the intensity of being out at sea, especially during a storm.
I created a total of five different gift cards which Red Lobster has approved. One will become a physical gift card, while the others will be E-gift cards that customers would have the option to pick which one they prefer.

As an ad sales marketing design intern at Discovery Communications, I was tasked to design standing banners for both Food Network and the Cooking Channel. These banners were used during the 2019 South Beach Food and Wine Festival. Each banner follows along with each network’s style guides and themes.
